However, leasing is not risk free. When you turn in your automobile at the end of your lease there are some key items to be aware of. The fact is that at lease end your vehicle will go through a thorough “Turn In” inspection by an independent third party. This inspection will determine if there is excess wear and use on the car.
All of the interior and exterior, including the tires and wheels, will be inspected for excess wear and use.
You will be responsible for the expense to repair or replace all of the items that do not pass their inspection.
No matter the cause of dents, dings, scratches, chipped or cracked glass, damage to the wheel or wheel cover, tires worn unevenly, bulging, have sidewall damage, or are below a minimum tread depth, they are often considered excessive wear and use.
Other excess wear and use items on the interior can include: stains, scratches, tears, missing parts, or any feature that is not functioning as intended.

I must say, it has been very nice working with your company. I have had several other extended warranty contracts.
